As we continue to grow and fine-tune our class and staff schedules, we are implementing a temporary class cancellation policy to ensure we are operating efficiently.
Temporary Cancellation Policy Details
- First Class of the Day: If no one is booked for the first class of the day by midnight, that class may be cancelled.
- All Other Classes: Any other class may be cancelled if there are no bookings 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Our goal is to never cancel a class! This policy is designed to help us manage our resources effectively during this period of growth.
🌟 The good news? As Round 2 Kickboxing continues to expand and our membership grows, we expect this temporary policy to become obsolete, and you won’t have to worry about any class cancellations!
Please remember to book your classes as early as possible to secure your spot and help us keep the schedule full!
