Behind every solid kickboxing workout is a solid base bag! Yesterday Jacob was assisted by his brother, James completing the essential (and laborious!) task of filling all our base bags with water.
Nothing like a family pulling together to make this dream a reality! Huge thanks to James, for coming in clutch with a water delivery system (not to mention last week’s cardboard recycling!). We purchased water and connected to totes with a pump to wrangle the hose to those heavy water totes to get these bad boys ready for action. It’s not the flashiest part of setting up a new gym, but it’s crucial for stability and safety during those intense training sessions!
